There will not be a character wipe. Not during, or at the end of Open Beta. That is the public commitment that we made. Within those boundaries we will work to achieve the highest level of service that we can obtain.

We will work to create solutions without going beyond the limit that we set, and that is the best way I can express how we are working to deal with issues that arise.
