Asherons Call: A "Fix" for the Spellbar Being Erased

Hardly a Turbine fix, but with the latest version of Decal 2.6.1.2 SpellTabAddSpell and SpellTabDelSpell were added. In English this means this nifty new plugin released last night will backup/restore/transfer your spellbars.
