Horizons: Emergency Maintenance - UPDATE

Gale stopped by the VNBoards to notify everyone of some emergency downtime for the servers.

We have been experiencing issues with the shards since this morning's update. We will be bringing all shards down by 3:45PM PDT to investigate these issues further.

No ETA was given, so hold tight folks, things should be back up and running this evening.
