Ryzom: Are you having problems downloading from File Planet?

It seems like some of you have problems downloading our game on www.fileplanet.com, here's a little help to get your activation key:

1. Create your FREE account here.
2. Go there and click the link "Verify your GameSpy ID email address."
3. A new page will open; click the link in the "Get Verified with GameSpyID Now!" paragraph.
4. You will be sent an e-mail (it may be flagged as "spam" but it's not, so don't miss it!).
5. Click the link in that mail and log in ; now you should be identified.
6. Log out and clear your cookies, then log in again and go there.
7. Copy the code in the text field and click submit. NB: If you see no code, make sure you're logged in!
8. It's done! You now have the key, and you can register your account for the beta here.
