Yes, I used the word attempt, because I did not finish the mission on that first try. Myself, two other guild members and two people who'd joined us for the run were all buffed up and good to go after collecting our tickets. I was there mostly for my Rifleman skills (which I've since mastered, holy speed increase Batman!) while the others were various types of melee characters.
