Phase 8 report
Phase 8 seems to have been a mixed success, a bold plan to re-balance the game From Changing all weapons,Monsters and the ease of which you level, Also with the new Weapon skills being Implmented and used this phase.
Along with some Great additions to the phase, such as the new tree engine and The Desert maps, most players have been fondly looking apon the developers work, However the balance For the game does not seem to have been a complete success, With alot of players dislikeing The new leveling system, and The balance of monsters, alot feeling that they are too easy at the end game, and too hard at the start game. This has been offset however to a large degree by the new rare item drops added to the game, alot of players Becomming addicted to getting bigger and better rare items, although still not fully implemented, it looks like this drop system is good for the game.
The new look Tree engine and maps has gone down most favorably with alot, if not all the testers, I personally think they look great, as do many others, the new look liyon being paticularly good.
An early reset of skills due to the ease at which they were gained, im sure shocked no one, Being able to get from 100% in under 3 hours, well im sure you all saw that comming. However the skills have been another valuable asset to the game, Giving more depth and feel to the ingame mechanics.
Phase8 has also had a record amount of signups, being almost 4000 in total, Far more than previous phases, Sadly this is'nt reflected in people in game, being pretty much on par with previous phases, we are glad to say though, that we do have alot of quality and High caliber Testers this phase, most being dedicated to the game thus far, im sure we all appreciate it.
