Asherons Call: More Weapons to go With Those New Quest Writeups!

Okay...at the top of my list of things to do is to try to complete an accurate table of the max damages on the loot generated weapons. This is very incomplete at this time and needs quite a bit of correcting. But that's where you can help me out.

About the only expertise I have in knowing what the max damages are for these new weapons are in Unarmed weapons. I'd love to know more info about the other weapons and I'm sure all of you can help me in this area.

So if you would like to submit these details, I'd very much appreciate it. Please send e-mail to me, Sao Le-Fut with "Max Damage Info" in the subject line. This can call my eye to that immediately, and is the fastest way to get that information into the database.

I *still* need the "regular" stuff from you guys, as well. And remember, FAME is what's on the line here. You submit weapons to me and your name goes into our database! It's as simple as that! Thousands of users will look to your picture and your name! Ain't that grand?

I've updated my list of things that I need from you guys. I've been through our database and found ALL of the items that don't have pictures for them and included them here. So now that you know what to submit, there should be no problem in getting your pics in!

I'm gonna hold off on asking for Isparian or Atlan weapons, as well as Composite Bows/X-bows at this time. I've got a plan for those that can make browsing for them a lot easier. I just have to finish ironing that out and run it past our editors. But please submit them. They might not go up with the latest prop, but they will go up. I'll see to it. Just submit something that you don't see when it comes to these (with the exception of the composites), which includes the elemental varieties.

Like I've said before, I *really* need some more icons. I've got probably 3 or 4 zip files I need to rummage through of icons that were sent in. But I'd like to keep getting them from you as well.

Here's the format I need when you submit screenshots and icons to me to add to the database:

[p][li]I need to see at least the weapon as plain as it can be. Preferably I'd like to see the wielder as well. This can be in attack stance, a pointing emote, or just standing. But I still need to see the weapon (a tough thing to do if you're submitting a phantom weapon).
[p][li]Submit screenshots as JPEG or GIF files. AC saves screenshots as BMP files which are hideously huge when they hit the mail servers we have. So please compress them. The easiest way is to open the image in MS Paint and Save it as a JPEG (File->Save As...select "JPG" in the file type box near the bottom of the dialog).
[p][li]Submit also the FULL stats of the weapon. You can do this in an additional screenshot or two or you can write the stats down and submit them as text in your e-mail. I can't do anything with a weapon if it doesn't have the stats.
[p][li]Please submit the icon for the weapon if it's something we don't have in our database at the moment. It makes it a lot easier for me to edit the item all at once and not forget to do it later.
[p][li]If you know a little lore behind the weapon, feel free to share it with me. I'll even quote you if it's very good and can fit right into the database. :o)
[p][li]Last, but not least, let me know WHO you are! I like putting in new items, but I hate leaving that "Submitted By" field empty. You want to be known and I want everyone to know you! So don't forget to sign your name. ;o)

If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me. It takes me at least a week or two to go through submissions, but I usually e-mail you upon receipt of the item to let you know I got it. Later on, as I go through the list, I'll let you know when your item goes up (or what happened if it didn't go up).

Please allow me some time. I've got quite a lot of stuff to do (Last semester of College and all that stuff), and I try my best to get these items up in the shortest amount of time possible.
