Asherons Call: Possible Changes To El Tank?

Love it or hate it, El Tank is used by a segment of the AC population, at times for acts which would be considered CoC violations. Elgarl, author of El Tank, recently posted this on the Vault:

Thanks to KPD, Abdul and a few others for jogging my brain into working mode. All the recent discussions about UCM aids got me to thinking that there must be a way to differentiate between a plug-ins instructions and a normal users. I was right. ELTank can now tell if it's fighting alone or there is a user at the controls. It's not 100% fool proof as anything you code can be coded around, but it will prevent ELTank from being used for UCM on it's own and it will prevent you accidentally falling into UCM.

I'm sure many people are waiting to see how this works.
