Finally, the Amanda Poe Interview is up. Remember back awhile ago SGO asked you to submit questions to ask Amanda Poe? Well, here they are, answered from the very special lady herself!

What new challenges have you been faced with on this game that you are having fun with? And of these challenges which do you feel has made you a better all around coder?
Probably the biggest difference between this game and others that I've been on is that we have a bigger programming team than I've worked with before. It helps me with my communication skills and when I have the time, I can learn a lot by looking through other peoples' code. I'm probably having the most fun with the fact that there aren't really any limits imposed on us from above. If we have a good idea or see something that really needs to be done, there's no question that we should just go ahead and do it. It means that we have to make sure that we don't let another scheduled item slip and that we let everyone else know what we're doing (see communication, above), but I love it because it allows me to *try* really hard rather than finishing up some work and then cooling my heels while waiting for someone to give me something else to do.
