Unfortunately we had major problems with the procedure to release some plot still binded to inactive accounts.
We perfectly understand that many of you spent hours in front of the plot of their dreams waiting for it to be freed up, and we deeply apologize with those guys.
We know, words are a little compensation in these cases, but we hope you can understand we really feel sorry for what happened. In these situations we have to act fast, and to choose for the best. Leaving the shard online as they were, would have been unfair toward many of our players that worked hardfor several months now to buy their plots and build their houses.
We thought that the best thing to do was to fix the issue and rollback the shards until 17.00PM CET, exactly before all this happened.
We really hope that, as this issue will be solved, also you will try to understand our reasons.
