Asherons Call: Do not update Decal

Sourceforge is currently experiencing some temporary outages which is making it so that the xml''s that Decal uses are unavailable for download. Please do not hit the ''update'' button in decal until these problems have been resolved, as you will be left with no xml''s and you will be unable to run Decal. Sourceforge expects this outage to be fixed by noon (pacific) today.
