Asherons Call: Nerfus Buffus Uppus

Nerfus Buffus II (NB2) and Nerfus Filter have been updated to work with the October Patch. From the NB2 site:

[li]Updates the filter to use the new login packets
[li]Updates the filter for various other protocol changes
[li]Minor updates to the NB2 controls

So here it is.... The October Update, as you all know by now, changed some character stats and skill values sections of the login packet, as well as some other various things.

The core of the changes are in Nerfus Filter 1.40, that's all you need to fix the problem.

There is also a new version of NB2 itself that fixes some really minor controls-related things, I mostly made a new version so we had a real installer instead of that 1.1 + DLL download crap.

THIS WILL NOT WORK IF YOU 'DOWNGRADED' YOUR XML FILES.
You MUST have the real Decal XML files installed for this to work (hit update in decal).
