Vanguard: Okratas.com's Preview

Garthilk--or Shelby, as we know him in the V:SoH community--had the opportunity to go to E3 and check out the Sigil booth and watch the V:SoH E3 Demo.
Here is an excerpt of his preview:

Anticipation

What happened next could only be described as a Cialis moment. I was hurried into a small room at the end of the loft. Immediately my eyes began darting back and forth across the room seeking out every detail I could soak up. A huge white banner with the words Sigil hung on the back wall, a large glossy collage took up most of the right wall, and on the left, and several screenshots had been blown up and printed on glossy panels. The glossy collage immediately grabbed my attention, as there were several new creatures, scenes, and items that were unfamiliar to me. I had hardly noticed Brad McQuaid was in the room, as he started his introduction. I was too busy to listen to the introduction, as I was engrossed in scavenging for unsaid details.

Garthilk is a solid community member, and there was a lot of expectation built up over the last many months around Vanguard. This is what sets his preview above and beyond any other, thus far: he expected a lot, and he wasn't disappointed in the least.
