This question was inspired by some discussion on the Official AC Forums regarding the Gelidite Library quest: At the height of the Gaerlan storyline, we were given a startling revelation--that Nuhmudira had used human sacrifice in order to provide many of the gifts she had given the Isparians, like the Statues and Cantrips--and offered a choice--to save Nuhmudira by sacrificing our own life energies to sustain her or to damn her and slowly drain away her essence. A lot has changed since that choice was given; of course, Nuhmie's long since been freed, and she's accomplished much in that time, including creating new Lifestones free of Empyrean connection as well as orchestrating an attempt on the life of High Queen Elysa so she alone could defeat the Ancient Olthoi Queen.
And that leads to this week's Loremaster Question of the Week: Did you originally vote to damn or save Nuhmudira, and knowing what she's done since (good and bad), do you regret that decision? In hindsight, would you have voted the same? Would you have voted differently? Or would you have voted at all?
