Ryzom: Part I of Saga of Ryzom at E3

Stratics.com's Valeria takes a look at Nevrax's The Saga of Ryzom.

In developement for three years, Saga of Ryzom has the potential to be one of the most interesting, interactive, and truly player driven games. Ryzom is set in a primative environment of Atys and the players will drive the plot and dictate how the planet evolves. The story takes place over 8 years with new content to be added every month and each server will be unique in how the plot evolves based on the server's players.

PvP will also exist in this world in the forms of either sports or scenario PvP, both of which are consentual. Sports PvP is a knockdown, drag out, winnner-takes-all duel and scenario PvP is just what the name implies. There might be areas that will be set aside for non-consentual PvP, but there was nothing certain at the time of this interview.
