City Of Heroes: Forum Gem - Geko Posts About Power Changes!

Thanks to a lead by a friend, I have a post by Geko about upcoming power changes. For ease of reference, I have copied the post in its totality and posted it up in our General Community forum. Some personal highlights to look for are: Super Speed now adds velocity to jump distance while Jump physics were changed, Transfusion gets both an accurancy increase as well as a boost to healing amount, the enhancement cap was raised for high level characters, and enemies higher level than your own are now more difficult.
