WoW will not have a worldwide release. It will be released in the US, Canada, and Korea at the end of 2004.

When will the game be released in the U.S. and Korea?

The game is scheduled for simultaneous release in both the United States and Korea at the end of 2004.

I think Canada is included with the US.
