Star Wars Galaxies: No new Jedi before Publish 10 - But you can still unlock

Ever since it was announced that no new Jedi could be activated before Publish 10, there has been confusion as to whether or not mastering professions was still giving credit towards the new Jedi unlocking system (coming in Publish 10). Apparently you can still gain credit towards the new system (which will be quest based) and can even unlock, but...

You can unlock - - the Jedi just won't be active until 10.
