Ibn just made this post on the AC boards regarding a possible issue with some .NET Passports:

We've begun receiving reports from some AC players who are also Sympatico.ca customers that, as part of a partnership between Bell Canada and MSN, their Passport accounts are being changed, and that this is preventing them from playing the game.

We've just begun researching this issue. One thing I can recommend at this time is to follow the instructions for associating an old Zone nickname with a new .NET Passport found here:
