Just made a change that will create startup items for you every time that you log in. If you are missing resources, make sure that you have room in your inventory and go to a planet that has the resource available.

We had to disable the starter kit grant on each login. We'll work out something better later.

We had to disable it because it was lagging out the server. That issue is now fixed and everyone should get the resources they need when logging in without bringing the server to a halt. (It no longer gives you more resources on every login)
