Taken from here.
Today, we are updating the installer for New Frontiers to a new version. Players will need to get the new installer from third party distribution sources to continue to beta test New Frontiers. Let me explain:
There are three different sets of files.
Live game - One set of files are on the main patcher, and we've been doling them out in chunks over the last few weeks. These files will NOT need to be downloaded again. This is the file set that we'll be adding to all the way up to launch day, currently scheduled for next week. You do not need to do anything with these files.
Pendragon - The second set of files are on the Pendragon patcher. Our beta testers already have those, and do not need to do anything with them. By having these files and updating them regularly, the testers will have a much smaller patch on launch day.
New Frontiers, and the New Frontiers Installer - The final set of files are on a variety of third-party websites, and you can get those files by following links on this page: Free Downloads. PLEASE NOTE: Only the 3D Gamer website is currently hosting the correct files. I will update this post as the others are updated. Until I update this post, only use the 3D Gamer website link!!
In order to test on Pendragon from this moment on, we recommend you go to your Camelot directory, delete the /Camelot/frontiers subfolder, and reinstall using the latest download.
Why is this important? Well, our Pendragon patcher will not allow you to download its files unless you have the correct set of files from 3D Gamer. So, please update your installation now to continue testing.

Remember, the best way to avoid patch day log jams is to participate in the beta test! Even if you're not a tester, I highly recommend getting all the possible downloads now rather than next week.
Thanks, and happy testing.
