Star Wars Galaxies: Q-3PO Speaks!

Looks like our interview with Senior Producer John Donham, has stirred enough interest on the message boards that Q-3PO has responded to a thread on the server size.[p] Here is what Q-3PO had to say:

Presently the server programmers have said we can comfortably support at least 3000 simultaneous users per cluster (aka "Galaxy"). The number of total player accounts servers hold is generally 5 times that. Over the course of Beta 2 and into Beta 3, we will figure out how much we can (and want) to push that number. Do not consider it final.
