Horizons: Dev Post Digest - Week of 6/6

Since the developers are now able to post to your issues over on the VNBoards' Developer Board. I thought I'd take the time to start a new feature here on Horizons Warcry. Towards the end of each week, we will post all of the developer activity on the boards, so you can get a feel for what they have been discussing, and we do the search leg-work for you!

Here is the developer activity for the week of 6/6:

- James Dee Finical responds to a player's concern over a spell nerf.
- James Dee Finical confirms a bug concerning tech components for Power II.
- Gale comments on the Blight rollback that occurred recently.
- Gale answers a player's question about completed community structures and mentions a future list of structures that have working NPCs.
