Asherons Call: Verdantine having Minor Issues

Our Ops team is currently engaged in investigating the recent Verdantine issues.

At 3:30AM PDT / 6:30AM EDT / 10:30AM GMT we will be restarting Verdantine to resolve an issue that is preventing players from logging in to the world. We expect the world to be back up after 45 minutes.

We are also continuing to investigate the disconnects and other issues that have occured over the last few days.

The restart is taking longer than anticipated. Currently we expect VT to be back online at approximately 5:00 AM PDT / 8:00 AM EDT / 12:00PM GMT.

We are still working on restarting Verdantine, it is taking a little longer than expected. There is no ETA at this time.

When a world needs to be restarted, Mirin (our Producer) gets called, and then I get called. I'm at home right now on IM with her, the Envoys, and Operations.

We have no control over this page (the VT login page), it is maintained by the MSN Gaming Zone. I escalated this issue to MS Zone Support but do not have an ETA on a fix.

I've already escalated this login issue to the folks at the Zone. When they're in the office (remember it's 5AM over there!) I'll ask for a status update.

Envoys are Turbine employees and have no ability to edit Zone web pages.

We do not see any need for a rollback at the moment.

We are still investigating bug reports relating to this issue. Unfortunately I should make it clear right off the bat that we will most likely not be able to replace lost items.
