Lineage 2: L2DP Updates

That's right, some database updates have been added. Items include:

- Names of some mobs have been changed to their post OB names
- Brigandine Gaiters now show up as buyable in the Giran Store (though the price is still wrong)
- Started updating skill names to their new names (so far just some of the Monk skills)

If you have special knowledge of some new mob or skill names that need to be changed, please feel free to pm me. Future updates will include more of the same, plus some of the missing recipes (e.g. Steel, Leather). Things that we will likely not change before Chronicle 1 (so don't send me this):

- MP cost for recipes
- Recipes that have the wrong quantities of available ingredients
- SP cost for skills
