Since Mythic Customer Service is located in the same building as the blown transformer, game appeals, email and tech support are also down. However, CSR's are at home playing on the various servers and will occasionally broadcast instructions for anyone that requires assistance. So, if you have an emergency situation you need a CSR for, watch for those announcements.
