Take the Subway to Shoushi to Shou-Zin Portal (31.3S 72.6E) to Renegade Stronghold (34.4S 64.8E - no level restriction and tieable). Turn left whenever faced with an option til you are faced with a large room with two wooden doors. Continue through the doors to find a Strong Iron Key on the desk.

After grabbing the key, take the Subway to Mayoi to Xinh Settlements (60.8S 80.3E) then to Sawato (82.4S 63.8E). It is a short jog to the Renegade Chest at 31.3S 58.9E.

Renegade Chest singes you for 35 points with Flame Bolt VI.
