Final Fantasy: New Final Fantasy XII Information

In the game the monsters have their own field of vision,
they can detect the heroes when they stepped in their fields; some monsters can also
detect sound and odor. Certain monsters have protective colors, they can hide
invisibly in the field and jump out to attack the heroes at once. The Mogs and
Chocobos are also present in the game, Mogs will have Chocobo Shops in the towns.

When you enter a city, sometimes the heroes will split apart to do their own things,
similar to Final Fantasy IX. In the cities, those who have words to say will have
the talking icon on top of his/her heads.

Producer Yasumi Matsuno mentioned that the game will have a play length between 100
to 150 hours. Final Fantasy XII is scheduled to release in Japan in Spring 2005.
