Change of Company Name

Square Enix U.S.A., Inc. will change its corporate name to Square Enix, Inc., effective midnight, July 1, 2004. The name Square Enix U.S.A., Inc., including its abbreviated forms and its references, will become Square Enix, Inc. in all written materials, including but not limited to policies, agreements, and rules to which you have previously consented. All other terms and conditions found within the latest revisions of all written materials will apply as before. We will update these materials within the next few weeks to reflect this change.
