Asherons Call: RoG of Frostfell Celebrates Three Years

You will have to forgive the Big_Wiz for his grammer and english, he is french.

Three years ago, a little gimp, lvl 45 or so at this time, decided to create a clan to promote "low level PK". the high levels were around lvl 75-80 which meant way too high for our little gimps

The Red (for the red color of PK) order of Gimps (for the level) was born there

At this time we had the first "relaxed chain", which means no passup requs, nothing like this, just a line made from those who didnt need a "patron" or anything like this. the chain was also fully part of the clan, not the purpose of it, and for quite long we had to monitor the chat to avoid chain talks being annoying on other stuff

We also had a simple rule, play for fun, and reduce the drama over pixels. we have our rules, but didnt chase those who broke them. we just removed them from clan and let them find another life. for long it was an original thing to do (remember the old boards? )

We were at first about 30 and it continued like this for around 6 months

When i was 65 on Doyen, (Doyen was the first monarch !), my roommate, who was at that time deeply involved in the account trading "business", got banned on all his accounts. he gave me another level 65, Big Wiz, he recently acquired

This account was funny because there was a mule, Food Ming (my axer now!), who was a utter gimp, cook/staff spec, feer! but level 100! so i had a mule 35 levels above my main lol...

i didnt want to play a "tainted char", big wiz was pretty unknown, so i took the lvl 65, as it was the same level as my main, and same template but with better starting skills, and gave away Doyen to a friend who played it till lvl 126, Xao-Chen

I met Absolution around this time =)

Around lvl 85 i met my oldest ig buds, Zie/Cuba and Dar the Huntress, and Dar decided to omg join our little clan! his clan was going to be changed, and he could convince his monarch to join our very little group of happy people

Around lvl 90 i realized i didnt have much "ig skills", mostly on the questing part. i wanted it to work in the long run, so i left the monarch position and joined A', and hardly anyone left us

i was under Balldrain there! my best patron with abbie hehe

At around lvl 105 the group decided to split from A' group, even if we had a great time there, and RoG "2" lived from there

The story started here. the day i hit 126, i saw Gfn and Kaelic join us, with entire monarchies. we lived at that time the fastest growth a clan ever saw, going from 1500 to 5500 in 3 weeks. it was a demented time, Gfn and those who lived this know what i'm talking about lol

The next year, the group matured a lot, and the constant work behind the scenes of the council, and of all the people in clan helped us build what cant be bought or made in a day, a real group of people happily playing together

i am damn proud of having contributed to the building of such a group, and i seriously hope all those who helped like i did are too, or le spank

Absolution joining us and the incredibly smooth transition was another step, showing that what matters in our family is the group, not the monarch "name".
