Fixes
Fitters Blessing Technique now has the correct naming convention when applied to items.
Tinkerer Task: Salvage 25 Granite Bricks now correctly asks for Granite Bricks instead of Slate.
Champion's Form II had had the augmentation removed. This ability is still passive and always in use, but no effect will be displayed in the effects window.
Spellbind IV has had the recycle time reduced to 15 seconds from 45.
Fixed a bug that allows dragons to hoard items they should not be able to.
Corrected mobile monsters so they can be gathered from.
Silo Permission fix that allows permissions to be set properly when the player selects the silo from the 3D window.
Players should no longer experience "freezing" during combat.
Fixed guild-only structure permissions to properly handle joining and leaving guilds.
Fixed structure permissions to properly remember their settings between server restarts.

Changes
Quest Blighted Materials for Hepsepa now mentions that a reward is only given once for the tier II task.
Power Statistic description no longer incorrectly mentions a change in duration.
Warrior Task "Find the Lost Patrol" is more clear on the evidence that is needed.
Beginner Milled Cooking Ingredients formula now includes sugar as one of the products.
Dwarven Toughness will now defend only against non-spell damage.

Additions
Mysterious storms have been reported in desert regions.
The Empire continues to add new settlements for its citizens.
The Quartermasters have discovered Mind Resist and Mind Ward Techniques and now have them available for purchase.
Lore Keepers have discovered a means to transform Tannin and now have these formulas available for sale.
Sugar Cane is now be available in small quantities.
New icons.
Treeant Shaders.
Dryad Animations (Emotes).
Added a number of public chat channels: Help, Dragon, Event, MarketPlace and General.
Loading screen for upcoming event.
