Star Wars Galaxies: Interview with Tom Sarris!

Computer and Video Games has recentally acquired an interview with Tom Sarris, LucasArts PR director! In the interview, he discusses Indiana Jones, SWG, and a bit more. Heres a snippet from the interview, and something interesting:

I'm guessing, but I suspect that we'll go open beta just after January 1, 2003. As far as the rest of the world, I really couldn't say at this point what the plans are. There are plans, and we certainly want to bring the game to other territories, but I think what we want to do is ensure that the infrastructure for the game is at a point where it won't compromise the gameplay experience.

Now, im big on the whole Quality > Quantity thing, but I am very anxious to get this game. Sarris said this was a total guess, but this came directally from a guy a Lucas arts. I guess we will have to wait and see. Enjoy!
