Everquest 2: Free EQ Trilogy Download and Trial

SoE has a "Get your friends to play with you" promotion on their website in conjunction with the opening of a new EQ server. Now you can download the trilogy and get a free trial subscription.

We are now offering The Trilogy bundle of EQ for free on EverQuest.com. This is a great opportunity for you to get friends to join you on your adventures. During the trial period, new players will be playing on the Morden Rasp server. As a veteran player, you could create a new character there and relive your early days in EQ alongside your friend.

This will give those of you interested the opportunity to witness the infamous lore and history which will be a massive part of EQ2 (Which takes place 500 years later.) The gameplay is distinctively different, so don't expect a sneek peek at some form of EQ2, but sit back and enjoy the ride!
