Horizons: Hotfix!

A hotfix was applied to the live shards tonight. Here's what it involved (as taken from horizons.istaria.com):

Developer Notice: Live Shard Hotfix 7/7/2004

A hotfix was applied to the Live shards at 5:30 PM PDT on 07/07/2004 that fixed an issue that caused Tarbash's bag to erroneously give additional storage capacity. If you were logged in to the game when this hotfix was applied you will have to relog for it to take effect.
