Asherons Call: Soapbox - Game vs World

Occassionally, I take the time to dig through old Soapboxes I never used and put them up. And occassionally, someone sends me and old Soapbox they wrote but never sent in. Today is one of those days.

Da-Mage of Wintersebb harkens back to the time when Ken Troop became producer of AC1 and set forth the mandate to "make AC more fun". It's been a while now (nearly 2 years) and our author argues in "Game vs World" that now that the game is more fun and is more balanced, isn't it time to add some "realism" back into the game?
