The World of Warcraft team is going to launch some serious changes to how the Rogue works, such as the Rogue recieveing larger chance for criticals, as their agilty goes up. They have also spotted some of the PvP issues, and there will be changes for that as well! However there seems to be no ETAs for when the patches will be coming.
Rogue Agility: Agility increases the critical hit percentage and Rogues get an added bonus to their critical hits percentages. *change from last patch* Due to the higher critical hit percentage, a Rogue with 10 points of Agility will do more damage over time than if they had 10 points of Strength instead. Currently, there are no visible indications of your critical hit percentage rates; this will be added in a future patch - No ETA.

There are a few PvP specific concerns for the Rogue this patch which are addressed below:
Enemies See Stealthed Rogues: Recently some changes were made to the detect invisibility/stealthed rules. Due to these changes, an enemy on the PvP server can easily see a Stealthed Rogue. This is not working as intended and has been slated for correction. (No ETA).
