City Of Heroes: Capes return to Paragon City!

Do some didos, heroes of Paragon! The one thing we all have been waiting for for so long has finally been announced: hero capes! Probably the most anticipated content since the game was released, capes will be brought to Paragon as part of the 2nd Update Patch, which will be live sometime this fall (between August and October). Heroes will have to earn their capes by proving they are worthy.
