Final Fantasy: Summerfest Event Quests Added

I've taken some time today to write the quest for the Summerfest Event which is currently happening all around Vana'diel.

There's some beautiful yukatas to be received so I really encourage you to go make that simple quest and get your exclusive item. Plus there's some other goods to be gained as well.
