Nestled between Sobraj Shores and Gacy Heights, the Toppan area is dominated by the expansive Toppan Industrial Park that provides jobs for many residents of Gacy Heights and Gunness Lake. The facilities are often shut down for short periods due to the mishandling of chemical byproducts.
