Final Fantasy: Square Enix Registered Complication of Final Fantasy VII in Japan

Japanese publications have published a list of trademarks recently filed by companies with the Japan Trademark Office. Among them is a trademark Square Enix registered on June 1st, called Compilation of Final Fantasy VII. Square Enix is currently working on three known Final Fantasy VII-related projects: The CG movie Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, which will be available for DVD and the PlayStation Portable's UMD format, the cellphone-based online action RPG Final Fantasy VII: Before Crisis as well as a so far untitled new game, supposedly starring Final Fantasy VII's optional character Vincent.
