Star Wars Galaxies: Publish 9.3 will go live on 8/5

JustG posted a little bit about Publish 9.3 over on the Dev Tracker forum.

... We are doing some last minute balance tweaks. Additionally there is an issue that cropped up with /firstaid. It will go Live on Thursday.

Hopefully tomorrow Publish 9.3 will be live.
