Everquest 2: SOE Reverses position on International / US players!

Steve "Moorgard" Danuser updated the Starter Kit FAQ with a huge reversal allowing European and US players to play on each others servers with a patch download! Here is the change:

Can people with European versions of the game play on U.S. servers?
Yes, the current plan is for there to be an optional patch available that will allow European players to connect to the U.S. servers.

Can people with the U.S. version of the game play on European servers?
Yes, the current plan is for there to be an optional patch available that will allow U.S. players to connect to the European servers as well. But as stated above, the voiceover data will not be patched into other languages. So U.S. players on European servers will see all text in French or German but will hear the character voices in English.
