Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop, Document, and Debug quality code
- Design and implement server side game code for massively multiplayer games
- Work with a team of highly talented programmers, artists, and designers
- Provide status reports, and recommendations to team members
- Accept and provide direction, work well under pressure, and handle multiple tasks

Requirements:
- 3+ years C++ Experience
- Strong experience with client/server/network Programming (TCP/IP, UDP, Sockets)
- Experience programming in a multi-threaded environment
- Experience with Win32 and Unix Platforms
- Experience with GDB
- Experience with SQL Database (optional)
- A passion for games

Job Title: Sr. Client Programmer

Location: Austin, TX

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

- Responsible for developing, writing and debugging code for complex products and applications.
- Works with designers, artists, and other personnel involved in the development of the 3D massively multiplayer online games.
- Develops high quality and intuitive user interfaces for the game
- Develops in general, or in area of specialty, technical design and engineering plans that produce high quality products with efficient and reusable code.
- Accept and provide direction, work well under pressure, and handle multiple tasks.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of C++ Experience
- Experience working on PC or console games, especially MMO experience
- Experience developing user interfaces for games
- 3D programming experience
- A passion for games

Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Austin, TX

Requirements

Experience:
- 3+ years MMOG Live experience (or 5 years client/server real time application QA experience)
- 5 years management experience
- Formal training in QA (CMM, TQM or ISO 9000)
- Successful working arrangements with remote teams / clients
- Strongly prefer College Degree and/or technical background
- Prefer experience with automated testing tools and technologies
- Prefer experience with outsourcing overseas

Demonstrates:
- Action oriented, energetic, can-do personality
- Great written and verbal communication skills, Personable, Passionate

Owns:
- QA process and execution for the studio
- Manages local QA team and any satellite SOE team (SD/India)
- Coordinates all third party/Licensor test groups
