City Of Heroes: HOT TOPIC - PvP Consensual or not?

The Hot Top of the day revolves the upcoming addition of PvP with the release of City Of Villains. Many people feel areas should be designated for PvP and it should be a free-for-all. Enterance to these areas would be at the players own Risk. While Other players on the opposing side believe PvP combat should be consensual. This would be where another player must first ask you to participate in a battle, and you must agree.

We are exploring both sides of this, the advantages and disadvantages. How would consensual PvP affect your gameplay? Would it take the excitement out having to ask someone, "Hello, may I hit you?" And from the other side, how frustrating would it be to find yourself suddenly under vicious attack while killing Skulls?
