City Of Heroes: Terra Volta Trial (The Respec Trial)

There has been a bit of confusion lately regarding your opportunity to respec your characters abilities. The Terra Volta Trial, which is tied to your reward, is NOT currently working. The reward for completeing it has NOT been implemented yet. From Statesman himself:

Expect the issue to be live on the test server in late August, and pushed live sometime during September/October.

That is when the next issue is released.
