From the moment you launch it, the game makes it clear that it is The Matrix Online. The login screen should be easily familiar to any fan of the Matrix trilogy. It is a near-identical replica of the UNIX interface that Trinity used to hack and shut down the power plant in The Matrix: Reloaded. It even sounded right. The beeps and key clicks that emanated from the interface are identical to those heard when a hovercraft's operator types in the films. Right then, I knew this game was the real deal.
