Star Wars Galaxies: Numbers per ACCOUNT corrections.

Shug_Ninx has corrected the latest post on servers, which states 1 charector per server/galaxy, to 8 per account, to 1 charector per server/galaxy and 10 per account. Not a huge impact for me, for I will mostlikly focus on ONE charector on ONE server with my PA. Unless i finish out my skill points and hit the max, then we will see.
