Latest fixes to Test Center:

FS Quests: Changed Mellichae's appearance
FS Quests: Changed requirement for Medic Puzzle to be Master Medic.
FS Quests: The message about the shield powering down should now be sent to the group, completion check should work properly
FS Quests: Fix for a number of grammar bugs.
FS Quests: Updated Captain Sarguillo's dialog to fix a missing word and a miscapitalized word for phase 3 combat.
FS Quests: FS Village phase 2 and 3 crafting quests: Error messages are given if a player given an invalid ingredient to QT-QC.
FS Quests: Adding quest journal entries for new completion tasks
FS Quests: Adding success tasks to quests
FS Quests: Adding ability to reacquire waypoint to Phase 1 Reflex quest
FS Quests: Conversation fix to remove extra space for the Medic puzzle NPC.
FS Quests: Addition of conversation branch for the Medic puzzle NPC so that the NPC only gives response to player.
FS Quests: Grammar fixes for Sivarra's conversation
