About Ivalice:
Apperantly, war is not the only problem for the people of Ivalice. The big differences in power and wealth create the perfect setting for discrimination and racism among the five races, the realms and their borders. This also causes the enslavement of the less intellectual races.

The Bangaa:
The Bangaa, originaly evolved from reptiles; However, their inteligence and lifestyle is very similar to that of Humes. The bodies of the Bangaas are covered with hard scales and their long hanging down hears, are a very common characteristic among them. Their life spans can be twice as long as that of Humes. The Bangaas reproduction rate is also low.

The Bangaa just like the Viera are divided in different kinds which differ in color, they are: Bangaa-Ruga=yellowish-brown, Bangaa-Faas=bronze colored, Bangaa-Bista=red brown and Bangaa-Sanga=ash grey. Aside from the Bangaa-Faas shorter ears, other Hybrid races among the Bangaa also exist.

The Bangaas can hear and smell extremely well and because of this, there are often recruited as active soldiers for different porpuses. Nevertheless, their weakness lies in the use of magic, wich they cannot use very well; Still, there are some Bangaas out there that can use higher, Bangaa specific magic. Also, for some unknown reason, many Bangaas have tatoos on their shoulders.

The Bangaas are not treated equally among the Humes and the Viera.

The Moogles:
The moogles are able to fly like bats using their little wings. At this point however, there are no mentions of different races among the moogles.

The average size of the moogles is 80 to 120 cms; their inteligence and lifestyle is also similar to that of Humes. Still, many of them have a superior intellectual status, wich makes them stand out from the rest of the population.

The Moogles are also very skillful with their hands, wich makes some of them very capable mechanical engineers. Being an engineer is a very common job among the Moogles and apperantly they are also very involved in the making of airships. Of course Moogles can also become magicians or Knights if they so desire.

Unlike the Bangaas, the Moogles are respected among the Humes and Viera groups. They also seem to have their very own capital city in wich most Moogles live. Of course, the city is kinda small, considering it was bulit with the Moogles in mind.

The article also mentions some sort of ancient machines (ruins) that not even the Moogles know how to operate. (near their own city perhaps??).

The Seeq:
The Seeq are in fact the descendents of pigs. They are a little more small than Humes, they have a lot of physical stregth, defense, are very fast and most of all, they are extremely aggresive in nature.

The Seeq are not very inteligent and they cannot speak the Humes tongue very well. They are often used as soldiers, guards or as a work force for manual labors.

The Seeq are a very barbaric race, many of them are thieves and feel a natural attraction toward shiny objects such as gold or jewels, they even like to use the jewels they stole as decoration in their bodies.

The Humes:
The clothing and the lifestyle of Humes is very different between some regions. Humes have no special abilities, still; they can be very skilled in the use of weapons and magic.

The Viera:
The Veena Viera have a very developed race consciousness. The Viera are also one of the races that are treated as equals among the Humes.

In the end, the article also mentions the existence of different kinds of Chocobos. However, since the inhabitants of many invaded cities are not allowed to travel, not many people can ride on them.
