Star Wars Galaxies: TestCenter Update 9/3

Latest fixes to TC:

- We fixed a bug with pet following. Let us know if you have any problems issuing pet commands.
- Fixed an issue with the xp monitor switching professions when it should not.
- Fixed drop shadow on many text elements. For example, system messages and player house signs.
- Fixed an issue where eating Havala with an effectiveness greater than 100% would put the character in a bad state that prevented them from being able to heal again. Please report any new problems that you experience with the healing system.
